Explain to me the logic of breaking up a district that includes all of Memphis. A large city that should have its own district. Just explain it.

Simple, gerrymandering is just distributing Memphis DEMOCRATS among 4 republican districts so that the DEMOCRATS can't elect a congressman. Race has NOTHING to do with it. Steve Cohen is white and Jewish not black. Why didn't Memphis elect a black congressman when they had the majority?
