1. Tax cuts for rich people. A man making a million dollars a year saw $69,900 a year in tax savings under trump and that's every year, forever.

2. The gutting of the IRS so that the IRS couldn't collect taxes from the rich.

3. Building 40 miles of fence on a 2,000-mile-long border.

It's a seriously flawed poll.

"President George W. Bush, who had previously ranked 11th-worst in the last iterations of the U.S. News rankings, was remembered more fondly by recent presidential surveys. He ranked 15th-worst, just ahead of James A. Garfield and Martin Van Buren."

So, Bush II used to be #11, and now he's #15? How could that happen in there have only been two former Presidents (Obama and Trump) added to the mix?

To put Trump even in the bottom 10 is patently absurd.
You measure a President for what happened to the country under his term, and whether he made it worse or better.
Based SOLEY on policies and actions, not emotional hyperbole, President Trump was not even remotely as bad as the left media and Democrats paint him. They just hate him. And that hate is not based, at all, on what he did. None.
The same with Bush. He was a very average President, perhaps in the bottom half. His worse contributions were he started the border problems, his handling of the Iraq war and allowing the Oligarchs to create the mortgage crises. Bush is recorded as saying something needs to be done about runaway housing, but didn't do anything about it.
Also you will notice that Jimmy Carter is always absent on these polls. How is that remotely possible? Both foreign and domestic, America fell into a pit of problems during his presidency and he exacerbated most of them.
Carter is certainly below Trump.

The concepts of peace and prosperity used to be the criteria for ranking a president. Judging by that concept FDR should be at the top of the bottom followed by Wilson and JFK and Carter.
