You can't think these massive spending bills are anything other than steaming piles of garbage? Even democrats don't like all of people's hard work getting flushed down the toilet.

Wasn't that part of some trillion dollars COVID relief bill?

I'm not sure I buy the argument of being forced to sign a horrible bill. That was Trump's excuse too. Hey, we got shafted, but the military is good to go. I used to believe there were circumstances where you could be forced to vote for corruption and stupidity, but now, I don't think so.
