Rand Paul is definitely on the right track. If health insurance were limited to catastrophic plans, and we paid out of pocket for all of the basics, costs would come down. It is well worth the time to listen to this interview. If only we had more people pushing for this type of reform, we could address both the access and cost problems involved.
