This information is not very public but it seems that there were some Israelis in Gush Katif prison helping America question the Iraqi insurgents.

Israel gives the United States a tremendous amount of foreign aid in the form of highly advanced medical, military, energy and agriculture technology. You don't hear much about it because the public knowledge of this return on investment would raise the irre of the Islamic world. But never-the-less it has been going on for many years.

The United Nations did not give Israel back to Israel or the Jewish people. The Jewish people declared themselves as a nation state in ancient history and again in 1947.

The United Nations did not give anything except a majority of world nations ratifying in 1948 what Israel had already done. The United States was not given America by the United Nations or the League of Nations. The United States declared itself as a world nation just as Israel had done.

The US could save 3 billion on loans and guarantees which are paid back by the only country in the world that does so. But then the United States might not be entitled to the advanced technology that keeps it the only remaining superpower in the world.

The Untied States and Israel find it mutually beneficial to a partnership that benfits both equally. You would have it otherwise.

Brigadier-General Janis Karpinski, who was responsible for military police guarding all Iraqi jails at the time prisoners were abused by U.S. troops there, told the BBC she met the Israeli at a Baghdad interrogation center.

"He was clearly from the Middle East and he said: 'Well, I do some of the interrogation here and of course I speak Arabic, but I'm not an Arab. I'm from Israel'," she said.

"My initial reaction was to laugh because I thought maybe he was joking, and I realized he was serious," said Karpinski who has been suspended from her command for failings at Abu Ghraib but has not been charged with any wrongdoing.

A U.S. military spokesman in Washington said he had no information and Israel denied it.

"There is no basis or support in the reports regarding the alleged involvement of Israeli interrogators in interrogating prisoners or captives in Iraq. These reports are firmly denied," Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's office said in a statement.

An Israeli security source told Reuters: "Israel was not and is not involved in the interrogation of anyone in Iraq."

Take note that the Reuters article reports that Israeli interrogators were in Iraq and an American General named Karpinksi met an Israeli interrogator at a Bagdad interrogation center.

Does that Reuters report either say, intimate or confirm that any Israeli interrogators were at the Abu Ghraib prison, participated in the torture of Iraqi prisoners or where in any of the pictures taken by the American gaurds torturing prisoners?

It can also be said that Israel is assisting America in the intelligence services that prevent Islamic extremists from attacking our shores again. I guess that Israel is just a selfish taker of American largess?

There is a great deal going on behind the scenes in which Israel and the United States are working together to rid the world of Al-Qaida who seem to be mysteriously dwindling in their ranks in significant numbers.
