Why would Satan burn and torment people for disobeying the same god he did? Doesnt make much sense, does it?

Literal eternal suffering is a false teaching--God is love not a sadist who would torture his creation like that forever. It was symbolism. A single teaching proves it= The place where the worm( maggot) dieth not( Mark 9:48)--Noworm or maggot could survive a single hour in a hot firey place let alone dieth not. Blind guides in false religions teach its literal.
