If we secretly possessed the atomic bomb in 1943, would we have used it on Berlin, or would we have fought our way there from Normandy...as we did in 1944. I think we would have used it...which begs the question....why not use it now....

Because atomic bombs no longer exist .
Besides the Germans were much closer to developing a working bomb then we were during the late 30' and early 40's.
Use of Nuclear weapons are final option , not a toy .
