Question for DEI supporters.

Thirty years ago or so, I wrote a letter to the local University of California, asking them for their acceptance statistics by race and sex and graduation rates by race and sex.

They ignored me. Then she said "We don't have that."

I wrote back and said "You WILL give me those data or I will take this to the top! The woman in charge said, "It's complex and long,"

"That's all right. I am a chemical engineer with an MBA. I can read it.

The eighty page booklet documented blacks and Latinos being accepted with far lower SAT scores and GPAs, especially compared to Asians.

Then when I got to the graduation rates, I saw that blacks and Latinos take an extra year or two to graduate, and even then in much lower proportions than more competent students.
Had they gone to an easier school, many more would have earned degrees and have something to show for their efforts.

Basket of deplorables
The Sordid Sorority of Socialite Snobbery

Hillary was really talking about her father, who fit all those class-snobbery insults. The Leftist branch of the heiristocracy is motivated solely by a neurotic and immature Oedipus Complex.

The founding fathers of their family fortunes had started out and stuck with typical working-class attitudes. Hillary had to virtue-signal to her Women's Ivy League classmates how ashamed she was that her Daddy wasn't born rich.

Hanoi Jane's silly autobiography is all about how she hated her father. Ideology is not about ideas; it is a spitball fight at a prep school.

Still zero.

I guess there is no need for DEI.

Sure, your not a tacit racist.

Can you name which people benefited the most from DEI programs?
The fact that one group, any group, benefited over any one else, is the issue, way to make it black, white, you racist

No one in America can eliminate DEI because it is related to the U.S. Constitution. If those conservatives attempt to undermine it, they will ultimately fail. Wanna bet? lol. :)

While there isn't a specific list of "awesome DEI hires," I can provide insights into how DEI initiatives are beneficial and highlight some companies that continue to support these programs.

👉 What is DEI?

Diversity
involves acknowledging and valuing the unique qualities individuals bring, such as age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and physical ability.

Equity refers to fair treatment and equal opportunities for all.

Inclusion means respecting everyone's voice and creating a culture where people feel empowered to share their insights.

👉 Benefits of DEI

Talent Pool:
Expands the talent pool by considering diverse candidates.

Engagement and Trust: Increases employee engagement and trust.

Innovation: Fosters new perspectives and innovation.

Decision Making: Diverse teams make better decisions 87% of the time.

Financial Performance: Diverse companies are more likely to financially outperform their peers.

👉 Companies Supporting DEI

Despite some backlash, several major companies continue to uphold DEI initiatives:

Costco

Apple

Delta Airlines
.

These companies recognize the importance of DEI in fostering a more inclusive and diverse workplace, which can lead to better business outcomes and a more engaged workforce.

👉 Challenges and Controversies

Some companies have scaled back their DEI efforts following political pressures:

Walmart

Meta

Amazon
.

However, many experts argue that DEI is crucial for creating equitable and inclusive environments, especially in a diverse country like the United States.

In summary, while there isn't a specific list of "awesome DEI hires," companies that prioritize DEI often see significant benefits in terms of talent acquisition, employee satisfaction, and business performance.

So you listed a bunch of sites that are pro DEI did you think they would say anything negatives about it?

We are told we have to have DEI. It is essential for the country.

However, not a single supporter of DEI has ever been able to list a single DEI hire. And if someone says a person is a DEI hire they are called RACIST.

Something isn’t adding up.

So my question to DEI supporters is: Can you provide a list of awesome DEI hires?

I predict we will get exactly ZERO examples.

"Diversity hire", "equity hire", or "DEI hire", are disparaging and controversial labels for persons from underrepresented groups, which are, according to this label, assumed to be less qualified and have supposedly received preferential treatment due to DEI policies

Sure, right after you provide a list of terrible DEI hires.

With proof of course.

And what's your proof?
I can post dozens if moronic word salads from both of them, but nothing would convince a Cultist like you. IMHO they are both disasters, and it is a fact they are DEI hires.

Now, in your opinion who has been awesome DEI hires.

You will now duck, dodge, and run away.

DEI has been made into a demeaning, ugly term by White men who are afraid of losing their privledge. There is nothing wrong with helping Blacks, White women, disabled, veterans, LBGTQ people find and keep jobs.
None of the above mentioned people are any less qualified than White men. It's just that White men don't like to compete. They like to be mediocre and still be on top.

DEI is racist. That’s why leftoids like it.

That's too vague.

List a position and the merits of that position and we can begin a discussion.
