Our target is remaining open during a major remodel. I have seen tables at flea markets better organized than they are right now.

Unlike most all other retail companies............Target takes chances.

Sometimes they work for them, sometimes they don't.

Trying to cater to the woke population didn't do them any good. So they cancelled it.

Target takes chances on fads that come and go. Unfortunately for Target, it didn't work for them, because they have a more socially together customer base. And they should have known that this shit wouldn't fly past their customer base, but they took a chance anyway.

Other companies made millions and billions off the woke craze. But these companies and organizations that made money off the woke derangement were themselves deranged. So, of course, crazy shops and buys from crazy.

Target got slapped in the face and kicked in the crotch on this one though.

They will get thru it, as they have always done.

As far as the tariff baiting bullshit goes, it's not specific to any company.........it's just flat across the board.

HellMart has announced they are raising prices because of Trumps tariffs..............even though they have NOT been hit with the reality of it yet. So that tells you how much they love fucking over their customers.

Target doesn't do that. They do what they can to keep prices down. Yes, I know they carry some expensive stuff, but it's not for a lack of trying to keep prices down.

Target will get thru this, and so will we all. Changing gears at 100 miles an hour isn't a wise thing to do, it CAN cause damage, unless you know EXACTLY what you are doing. And Trump knows EXACTLY what hes doing. We may have a rough ride for a SHORT while, while he grinds that clutch on the government..............but once the reorganization has been established, all will be well again. And hopefully we can all go back to paying prices like it's 1999.

Just for a background, when I worked there in 2007-2010, the corporate newsletter one quarter was called "Fifty"--highlighting $50 billion in revenue. So during the Obama years they grew nearly 100%. Now? The UFC redneck crowd will still shop at Wal*Mart because they don't frown on wearing pajamas in their stores; Target is being attacked for turning it's back on inclusion (why would you want fewer customers????) so they are in this no-man's-land between being both undersold by Wal*Mart and being hated by those who want an alternative to Wal*Mart.
