Agreed. ONe would think that considering the size of the movement, that there would acutally be a few examples of people hired despite not having the best qualifications on paper and then they do very well in the job.

Which companies records have a checkbox "Was a DEI Hire" in their staff personnel records? None, there's no such attribute, you cannot look at a person's record with HR and identify them as a "DEI hire" this just shows how utterly ignorant you are.

I however am a hiring manager and a leader. We recruit from HBCs and hire plenty of diverse qualified candidates. I’ve never hired an unqualified woman or minority. Why the **** would I want my organization to fail?

To ensure - as best we can - that all applicants get equal consideration and interview opportunities when seeking a job.

Because your a bigoted dunce you have no idea that that's all it is, no candidate is given a job "because" they are black or disabled, they must still pass an interview and be held to the same standards as all other applicants.

DEI is about ensuring a fair opportunity to be considered and interviewed, that you don't know this proves just how ******* ridiculous trumpanzees are, you swallow whatever idiocy is spewed out by Trump and Fox, you can only understand politics in the US if you are spoon fed simplistic manufactured nonsense which you fools do every day.
