Question for DEI supporters.

The number one beneficiary of DEI has been white women.

You’re a racist because you think it just benefits black people.

maga stupidity on display again.
I never mentioned race, you did.

We are told we have to have DEI. It is essential for the country.

However, not a single supporter of DEI has ever been able to list a single DEI hire. And if someone says a person is a DEI hire they are called RACIST.

Something isn’t adding up.

So my question to DEI supporters is: Can you provide a list of awesome DEI hires?

I predict we will get exactly ZERO examples.

"Diversity hire", "equity hire", or "DEI hire", are disparaging and controversial labels for persons from underrepresented groups, which are, according to this label, assumed to be less qualified and have supposedly received preferential treatment due to DEI policies

A statement and a few questions:
1. I believe the whole opposition to DEI issue is fake. A ruse by magaturds to garner political victimhood karma off the left.

2. How exactly does an employer implement DEI? Are there specific hiring practices, or is it just awareness that there are other people in the workforce besides white males? There are clearly stated laws against discrimination in this country. I've hired tons of people. We're still very much merit based.

3. What proof do we have that said white males are being passed over for jobs by less qualified individuals that are not white males?

Here is a complete list of all the DEI hires our board Dimtards have come up with:

.......

Unlike Tater's DEI muppet, she can actually perform the job.
A white woman is DEI fuckup.

She is a DEI hire.

Everyone hired who is not a white guy is a DEI hire.

Simpy

No one in America can eliminate DEI because it is related to the U.S. Constitution. If those conservatives attempt to undermine it, they will ultimately fail. Wanna bet? lol. :)

While there isn't a specific list of "awesome DEI hires," I can provide insights into how DEI initiatives are beneficial and highlight some companies that continue to support these programs.

👉 What is DEI?

Diversity
involves acknowledging and valuing the unique qualities individuals bring, such as age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and physical ability.

Equity refers to fair treatment and equal opportunities for all.

Inclusion means respecting everyone's voice and creating a culture where people feel empowered to share their insights.

👉 Benefits of DEI

Talent Pool:
Expands the talent pool by considering diverse candidates.

Engagement and Trust: Increases employee engagement and trust.

Innovation: Fosters new perspectives and innovation.

Decision Making: Diverse teams make better decisions 87% of the time.

Financial Performance: Diverse companies are more likely to financially outperform their peers.

👉 Companies Supporting DEI

Despite some backlash, several major companies continue to uphold DEI initiatives:

Costco

Apple

Delta Airlines
.

These companies recognize the importance of DEI in fostering a more inclusive and diverse workplace, which can lead to better business outcomes and a more engaged workforce.

👉 Challenges and Controversies

Some companies have scaled back their DEI efforts following political pressures:

Walmart

Meta

Amazon
.

However, many experts argue that DEI is crucial for creating equitable and inclusive environments, especially in a diverse country like the United States.

In summary, while there isn't a specific list of "awesome DEI hires," companies that prioritize DEI often see significant benefits in terms of talent acquisition, employee satisfaction, and business performance.

"To Be Is to Obey"

It's like forcing a coach to spend most of his time improving the athletic skills of those he had to cut in tryouts. So its real motivation is fear of the consequences of giving the talented any self-esteem.

WTF?

You don’t have practice before tryouts fuckup.

And you don’t just coach the most talented player on a team to be better. Have you never been coached or coached a sport?

maga is so stupid.

I think you should focus on his message/argument instead of on his analogy. The analogy is meant to illustrate a point, it by itself does not have too much significance.
