why would the Devil make Hell............well hell? wouldn't he get more takers if he made it more like one of those Girls Gone Wild Videos?

The devil didn't create hell. God did.

God and Satan are not equals, locked in a head-to-head match. God created hell primarily for Satan and the angels who followed him, as a punishment for rebelling against God.
