Putting aside the matter of an extension for the ACA tax credits, here's a question for trump devotees.

The dems solution is to look at the Obama game plan. Slide 'A' (obamacare) to the curb,
and insert 'B' (universal healthcare) in it's place.

This was quite transparent when Obamacare was released on the American people.
There was a trojan horse poison pill inbedded in it.
Universal Health Care would be a good thing if we do it the way the Swiss do it. Every Country in the civilized world that has Single Payer is trying to go to the Swiss System. The UK is struggling. Most of the idiots in here don't even know that the UK abolished their National Health system just this year! But France, Germany, Italy, etc are trying, and in some cases making good, strong progress, toward a Swiss Type System. Because -- It works.

dimocrap FILTH don't want a good Health Care Delivery System in this Country, they want socialism. They could not care less about the Health Care system in this Country. However, a Single Payer HC System would deliver to them the socialism they so desire. But they won't be the ones using it anyway..... Not the Nomenklatura. The Mindless Proles will but they're too stupid to matter anyway. What is kept away from The American People by the DISGUSTING FILTH is mind-boggling. The Information is there but you have to search for it.

dimocraps aren't just scum, they're stupid as well

The sad things with a government run universal system would be the size of the population
which would lead to waste-fraud-abuse. There would have to be an oversight with the revenue
and dispersement of that revenue. And, as we all know, our government is a total failure of
of oversight.

It doesn't have to be 'Government-Run'

Government Mandated is good enough.

I've been telling everybody in here that same thing for the last 15 years and dimocrap scum aren't inteerested.

dimocrap FILTH don't want good Health Care or even affordable health care, they want socialism. Which would deliver absolute power into their hands.

That's what this is all about - dimocrap FILTH and their endless quest for absolute power. They couldn't care less about Health Care, or the homeless, or illegals, or anything BUT Absolute Power.

That's what socialism is about. That is ALL socialism is about. And control of the Health Care system IS socialism

Nope. Thousands lost their plan.
Yes, thousands of people lost their NON COMPLIANT plans. Those plans didn't offer preventive health care benefits with no cost-sharing. If you want to take the position that those preventive services should not be covered you can do that. But just to AI,

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) and its provision for no-cost preventive services have improved health by removing financial barriers, which increased the uptake of services like vaccinations and screenings, leading to earlier detection and treatment of diseases. This has resulted in better health outcomes, reduced the need for more expensive treatments later on, and mitigated certain health disparities.

You eliminate that single provision and health care outcomes decline, cost inflate, and worst of all, PEOPLE DIE.

Then there is the requirement for coverage of mental health. I mean think of the damn epidemic in mental health problems among our youngest members of society due to Covid. Where would we be without that provision, without the preventive services provision, without those up to 26 being allowed on group plans.

I mean that is the thing with you Trumpnuts. I mean sure, if you are healthy, got one of those "mini-meds", or a catastrophic plan that really doesn't cover much, don't even get me started on ******* caps, you believe you are making out. And you are, until something happens. I mean it is no different than buying some cheap ass car insurance from some ragtag company. Sure, you make out pretty damn well until you run into that Mercedes and send that old woman to the hospital. Then, suddenly, that cheap ass car insurance ain't worth two shits.

Most of our government is about schmoozing the debts. Who gets the printed fiat currency and who does not. Winners and losers. And we keep increasing the payouts to more groups or increase the resources to the same groups as itis supposed to reduce any pain they are going through whether financially or medically. Anything to do with infrastructure of any kind, is getting more and more money while we seem to be seeing less and less results and it takes longer to complete.

You are as arrogant as Barry Hussein by thinking you know best what plan is best for someone else.

“Non compliant” means Obama cancelled their plans despite his promise not to, Simp.

What has he done about the medical cost inflation that will, in part, cause premiums to jump so much?

ACA Insurers Are Raising Premiums by an Estimated 26%, but Most Enrollees Could See Sharper Increases in What They Pay

Not that he hasn't been busy violating the Posse Comitatus Act, the War Powers Act, and having the DoJ refuse to comply with a subpoena for the Epstein files. And then there's golf.

But does he get a pass for doing nothing about something as impactful as the cost of health insurance?
How long has he been in office, vs. how long the ACA has been skyrocketing medical costs and healthcare premiums?

Your appeal to the concern of R's that Americans get more effective health care treatments, and thus better outcomes, is a waste of time as it is non existent.

Almost 5 years. The ACA has succeeded in doing what it was designed to do, slow medical cost inflation while allowing for more people to have health insurance with better coverage.

Barry said it would save everyone $2500 per year. Lie.

Barry said it would cover everyone. Lie

Barry said you could keep your plan. Lie.

Barry said you could keep your doctor. Lie.

Today, the party 100% responsible for this clusterfuck is trying to blame Republicans for its failure.

Why is it not affordable? Why does it need massive, never ending tax dollars to prop it up so people can afford it?

Defying a congressional subpoena is not breaking the rules?

"But does he get a pass for doing nothing about something as impactful as the cost of health insurance?"

All of the health care political issues are Democrat created

Dotard has been prez for almost a year. What steps has he taken to address medical cost inflation? An issue effecting everyone who has health insurance including people on Medicare.

---Because that is how the Democrats set it up.

Omg. This one is really ignorant.

Obamacare caused millions of people to lose their doctor, lose their plan, have much worse coverage, and their premiums to skyrocket. Now it’s such a massive failure that it needs a massive government bail-out to keep it afloat.

THAT is a success?!

15th post
That's an overt lie.
No it’s not. I lost my doctor, my plan, and had MUCH worse coverage: limited network AND I had to cough up $6,000 of my own before coverage even kicked in.

You libs are still denying how much this hurt millions of people.
