Putting aside the matter of an extension for the ACA tax credits, here's a question for trump devotees.

Barrycare did away with catastrophic plans, despite Barry telling everyone if you liked your plan you could keep it.

Republicans had to bring them back.
The ACA did not eliminate catastrophic plans. It merely required even those plans to cover essential benefits including preventive services at no cost even before the deductible is met.

R's have had over a decade to come up with an alternate plan. They've got nothing, yet keep complaining about the ACA. Why not work to try to make it better?

The obvious answer is because they don't think it is a good place to even start.

Moreover, health care inflation continues to be a problem in need of addressing. Why doesn't Dotard address it? Too busy seeking retribution against his enemies?

First term he was tied up with impeachments based on falsehoods.

So.... it is pretty special of a lefty to RESIST, and then whine that Trump didn't have the bandwidth to get shit done.

It will take years to unfold, but let’s go back to what it was before Obamacare. Back then, only 20% couldn’t afford insurance; now, most people can’t.

For the 20% who (say) they can’t afford insurance, let them buy cheap major medical plans - like I did in my 20s - and set up Medicaid clinics for routine walk-ins.

Trump has a plan, HSA.

Could you link the "Defying a congressional subpoena" source, I couldn't find it.
Trump has had a “plan” for 10 years

Unfortunately no one knows what it is

He's had nearly 5 years as prez. How much longer does he need? The fact is, it's not on his list of priorities. But stripping universities of medical research money is.
Just the bigoted schools engaged in civil rights violations

Trump is working hard to fix the healthcare cost crisis caused by demafasict

The fix is getting Republicans elected to Congress

Basically the same thing the GOP attempted to put in to the Obamascare bill in the spirit of bipartisanship, but the Dems wanted no part of it.

So here we sit with the failed democrat ACA that they're now trying to blame the GOP for.

Such children.

Trump said subsidies should go to the people, nit the insurance companies like Dems want.

It is not difficult to understand.

Yup. And then the insurance companies will have to compete when their CUSTOMERS are choosing where to spend their money. Watch prices go down.

It is just one of many things Trump has to fix. And he will.
Your undaunted faith in the Orange Fraud reminds me of Linus spending Halloween in a pumpkin patch waiting in vain for the Great Pumpkin to arrive.

What's he waiting for? Has he assigned anyone in the regime to design a plan? He he told congressional R's to make reform a priority?

Your lack of faith in our President reminds me of an asshole. I'm sure he has people working to replace the disastrous Obamacare...

What has he done about the medical cost inflation that will, in part, cause premiums to jump so much?

ACA Insurers Are Raising Premiums by an Estimated 26%, but Most Enrollees Could See Sharper Increases in What They Pay

Not that he hasn't been busy violating the Posse Comitatus Act, the War Powers Act, and having the DoJ refuse to comply with a subpoena for the Epstein files. And then there's golf.

But does he get a pass for doing nothing about something as impactful as the cost of health insurance?
You scumbags fucked it up without our help-- You can fix it. Without our help.

This Clusterfuck is totes 100% on dimocrap FILTH

Even if we told you how to fix it, you'd still **** it up. Because -- You're stupid. And you won't listen. But mostly because You're Stupid

You want to do it your way, you fight and scratch and claw to do it your way and when you finally succeed and **** everything up, you want us to kick in and bail your stupid ******* asses out?

Not a chance in Hell.

Nope. Thousands lost their plan.

The dems solution is to look at the Obama game plan. Slide 'A' (obamacare) to the curb,
and insert 'B' (universal healthcare) in it's place.

This was quite transparent when Obamacare was released on the American people.
There was a trojan horse poison pill inbedded in it.

Why should Republicans fix your Dimwinger clusterfuck?

The Democrats ramrodded the "AFFORDABLE" (LOL) CARE ACT through with zero Republican support and without even reading the 2000 pages of gibberish. Democrats OWN EVERY ASPECT of the healthcare cost spikes in Obamacare sponsored plans. Note that Employee sponsored healthcare plans are increasing only slightly more than inflation.

Maybe Trump read the scripture that says "Shall we sin that grace may abound? God forbid!" and applied to the healthcare issue.
