Are you insane? Putin is tearing Russia into shreds. He's down to conscripting civilians to fight his war in Ukraine, and he's had to resort to begging countries for the weapons to continue the war.

It would be akin to claiming the US was "losing" in Iraq, or Afganistan, because we were calling up Reservists. I've got 3 reservist buddies who got shipped out.
