What is so funny about these presidential statements in 140 characters or less? If Trump wants to be funny, he should have shown up at the White House Corespondent's dinner back in May. He could hire some real comedy writers.

All I've seen is a distinctly low brow comedy. More "Benny Hill" than "Monty Python's Flying Circus".

Have the standards of comedy fallen to the gutter the way the standards of mature presidential decorum?
