Progressives Protest Parades

What a brilliant display of English.

Not.
One of these days Iā€™m gonna convert you to a progressive.
With any luck one of these days we will convert all you filth to inmates.
Spoken like a true fascist pawn of the Trump cult!

As you brought it up, Progressives served as the model of Fascists/Nazis.

1. First, the Nazis copied the Progressives/Democrats Immigration Policies.

Only the ā€˜right racesā€™ welcomed.

ā€œProgressives opposed immigration and enacted several immigration restrictions during the 1920s. Progressives also tried to force immigrants to adopt Progressive moral beliefs.ā€ Progressive Movement - Ohio History Central

Andā€¦ Immigrant Restrictions During the Progressive Era | Synonym

Hitler lauded the Progressivesā€™ immigration policies.

ā€œBy refusing immigration on principle to elements in poor health, by simply excluding certain racesfrom naturalization, it professes in slow beginnings a view which is peculiar to the folkish state concept.ā€
ā€œMein Kampf,ā€ chapter three

2. Know what else the Nazis learned from the Progressives/Democrats?

ā€œā€¦history of laws against miscegenationā€”interracial marriage or procreationā€”in the United States.

Under the influence of Darwinism, racial science and an associated eugenics movement emerged in the late nineteenth century, grew with the Progressive movement, peaked in the 1920s, and disappeared during World War II. (Its enthusiastic embrace by Hitler did not help itā€¦ā€ The Race Against Race

ā€œThe Germanic inhabitant of the American continent, who has remained racially pure and unmixed, rose to be master of the continent; he will remain the master as long as he does not fall a victim to defilement of the blood.ā€
Adolph Hitler
Untitled Document

ā€œAt Nuremberg, the Nazis sought to preserve Nordic racial purity by outlawing racial intermarriage with Jews in much the same manner that Democratic anti-miscegenation laws outlawed racial intermarriage with blacks.ā€ Dinesh Dā€™Souza: What Hitler Learned from the Democrats

3. Guess were Adolph got the idea for sterilization of ā€˜undesirablesā€™???

ā€œā€¦Hitler learned from progressive sterilization laws that had been enacted in America through the influence of activists like Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood. ā€œI have studied with great interest the laws of several American states concerning prevention of reproduction by people whose progeny would in all probability be of no value or be injurious to the racial stock.ā€

Hitlerā€™s viewsā€”which closely parallel Sangerā€™sā€”provided the basis for the Nazi sterilization laws of 1933 which began by targeting ā€œimbecilesā€ and the mentally retarded, and later expanded to cover Jews, gypsies, and other social undesirables.ā€ Dinesh Dā€™Souza: What Hitler Learned from the Democrats

Hitler wrote to the president of the American Eugenics Society to ask for a copy of his ā€œThe Case for Sterilization.ā€
(Margaret Sanger and Sterilization)

German race science stood on American progressiveā€™s shoulders.

4. The three considered the most Progressive Presidentsā€¦.all had racist political views.

Woodrow Wilson segregated the federal government.

FDR chose as his first Supreme Court nominee, a KKKer.

LBJ led the fight against anti-lynching laws.

5. And, of course, you....as is true of every Progressive supporter/simpleton, are unaware of these facts.
Donā€™t you think it is PROGESSIVE to reject the rule of a king and form their own government. It would be pretty stupid to call King George a progressive. He was as conservative as it gets.

So the best you can do is ignore how neatly Progressives and Nazis coincide?

Now, why would you do that?

Man, do Liberals, Democrats, Leftists, hate July 4th!

Here's one of the true low-lives, of MSNBC:

"Joy Reid: Trumpā€™s July Fourth Celebration Is a Threat to Americans

...Trump is trying to send by rolling tanks down Constitution Avenue?" Reid continued. "Who is that message to? It's certainly not to tyrants because he likes tyrants, he loves tyrants. It's not to Putin, it's not to Kim Jong-Un, not to the Saudis. Is it to our friends, to Western democracies who he doesn't particularly like, or is it to us? Is it to the resistance in this country? I got tanks. I have this military armada. The message is a threat, but it's always a threat when you roll out your military. But it's to whom is the threat, and I suspect that the threat is to his fellow Americans. And I hate to say that, but I think that Donald Trump styles himself a tyrant, not a defeater of tyrants."

Know why they hate those events?

American tradition tends to support conservative rather than liberal perspective can be found in the following:
ā€œAccording to the report, published by Harvard University, July 4th-themed festivities (defined by the study as fireworks, parades, political speeches, and barbecues) not only energize primarily Republicans, but also turn children into Republicans and increase GOP voter turnout.

Simply put: "Fourth of July celebrations in the United States shape the nation's political landscape by forming beliefs and increasing participation, primarily in favor of the Republican Party," says the report, which was written by Harvard Kennedy School Assistant Professor David Yanagizawa-Drott and Bocconi University Assistant Professor Andreas Madestamā€¦. there is a political congruence between the patriotism promoted on Fourth of July and the values associated with the Republican party.ā€ Do July 4th festivities make you Republican?

Confetti time!
Another PC lie.

No they don't hate the 4th. They hate your attempted hijacking of it for political purposes. Other presidents stayed away...but not our self aggrandizing leader.

Yeah, you do.

I'm sorry Coyote, I have to disagree with you. The amount of hyperbole that these talking heads are spewing, that i have watched with my own eyes, tells me that they not only hate the 4th, they hate everything that it represents. They are simply not able to hide their disdain any more.

I'm a leftist and I've always loved it, as does my mother, and as do my friends. So I don't know who you are talking about. There are two things at play - the 4th of July and what Trump is attempting to use it for. It's the latter I have no stomach for. I have many fond memories of going to the Mall for the 4th, watching fireworks, listening to the free concerts...and just feeling proud. There were no politics about it.

Here is the military arm of the Left.....admitting exactly what I said:

I disagree. The 4th of July is a celebration of the US becoming a free country. A country that exists because of war. How better to celebrate that happy break from a despotic government (at that time at least) than by celebrating the weapons that keep us free.

I guess I see it differently. It isn't just weapons that keep us free - it's ideas, it's rights, it's a lot of different things. The 4th has in my mind long been celebrated by family time, community events and fireworks. I don't ever remember military parades and tanks and planes for it.

Wrong. It IS weapons that allowed those people with those wonderful ideas to make them happen. An idea, without the weapons to back it up, is an idea that will die in a hail of bullets from those who DO have the guns. Never forget that fact.

i don't need a parade of tanks down the street to know they are there. however, that doesn't make my opinion right. we're getting so long in there being a right and wrong in something that in the end, is preference.

sometimes we get our preferences, sometimes we don't. telling someone their preference or opinion is wrong is a lot of the reason we argue like 4 year olds over cookies.
