Are you confused, Palistinians/Arabs built their Mosques on Christian Churches, not the other way around, Christians in Israel came before the Arabs or as you call them Palistinians.

CORRECT and they were all Jews. The arab muslims did not appear until 627 C.E. and very quickly disappeared again. Only to make another show and be stampeded out of town again in 1099. So they baalestinians did not live there for thousands of years, they squatted on other peoples land for a handful of years. Christianity was not formed until about the year 200 on anything but a small scale. So at the most Christians have existed for 1800 years, the muslims did not exist until the 7C so they are at most 1400 years in existence. The muslims had a simple solution to everything right from the start, they invade and take out pockets as they do. Forcing conversion or death on the inhabitants as they went along. An investigation carried out by AP has stated that 508 of 844 victims in air strikes on residential buildings during Israel’s Operation Protective Edge that unfolded previous summer in Gaza were women, children and elderly people.

The agency studied 247 attacks that targeted residential buildings only – out of about 5,000 strikes conducted by the Israeli forces. Under the rules of war, civilian homes cannot be used as targets for air strikes.

The probe concluded that about 10 percent, or 96, of those killed in the strikes were confirmed or suspected militants. A further 240 dead were males between 16 and 59 years old, whose names weren’t linked to any armed groups.

When assessing whether or not this is a "crime," one must compare this visual outcome to the military outcome. Remembering that the ultimate military purpose of the conflict was the destruction of the HAMAS's ability to fight and the Gazian will to fight. As devastating as this pictured result appears, the attack what incidental loss of civilian life, injury to civilians, damage to civilian objects, or a combination thereof, was not sufficient enough to achieve the concrete and direct military advantage ending with the destruction of the HAMAS's ability to fight and the Gazan will to fight.

On Wednesday, Hamas leader in Gaza Mahmoud Zahar called on Hamas terrorists in Lebanon and Syria to attack Israel “to help us liberate Palestine.”
At the same time, Zahar denied that Hamas has been involved in the terrorist insurgency in Egypt. As he put it, “Our guns are always trained on the enemy,” that is, Israel.

Obviously, the devastation inflicted was not sufficient and needs to be increased. But as to the question, the answer is NO: it is not a crime. It is an outcome of war which was not devastating enough to achieve the destruction of the HAMAS's ability to fight and the Gazan will to fight.

HAMAS and the Gazan People (Palestinian constituents) made the choice to go to war; it was a deliberate choice, freely entered into and in accordance with the stated Islamic Resistance Movement policy for Jihad and armed resistance. During the grim circumstances of the conflict, the Islamic Resistance Movement adopted the position that “anything goes.” And that has a consequence they will have to face.
