Prices stubbornly staying high in trump land

Trump just blew up his promise to end the war.

Zelenksy is not going to take crap from any MAGA.

Reducing government spending will reduce GDP.

That’s just a fact.
So… you’re ok with continuing waste and fraud as a way to increase GDP?

Tell us how the GDP will increase with more taxpayer dollars spent on your tranny comic books.

It would appear that, per your alternate universe of leftist economics, we could vastly increase GDP if we vastly increased publication and distribution of your tranny comic books, all while using taxpayer dollars to pay for it.

The economy can be a fragile thing and concerns about the future can become a self fulfilling prophecy.

If people expect a recession, they’ll stop spending and save up, which might cause a recession.

Suddenly and drastically altering government spending, suddenly firing hundreds of thousands of often high earning employees, placing tariffs on biggest trading partners all contribute.

People are right to be worried about the economy faltering.

You missed the point.

Your opinion on what they should and shouldn’t do is irrelevant.

The fact is that it’ll affect the economy.

If cutting off wasteful spending for Gaza, comic books and trans surgeries in foreign countries and food for terrorist regimes impacts our economy, I'm more than willing to take that risk.

I can’t agree with your alternate, leftist universe economics that we can increase the GDP by increasing taxpayer funding of your tranny comic books.

You’re very simplistic and very indoctrinated.

We're less distracted by the left's flood of bullshit than we used to be.
You’re focused on the bullshit talking points and not the actual reality.

$2 billion less in funding of food for poor countries means $2 billion less for farmers which means $2 billion less economic activity.

Expand that enough and you can get a recession.

I dont understand this. Trump said he sould sort this out on day 1. Americans were des of a real leader.up with the years of biden dithering and longed for the firm hand of a real leader.

I expected a decree on day 1 telling chickens to lay more and the weather to improve in coffee growing areas. But that never happened.

Do you think his strategic focus on Greenland caused him to forget about the important things ?

Or maybe a Prez can only have a limited influence on food prices ? Sometimes world affairs intervene.

How long do you think maga will give him before they lose patience ?

At least you acknowledge that prices were high. (And you're still a lefty.)

Uh, well, Trump has been in office for five weeks. We are still operating under the compromise budget deal that Biden signed and that Chuck Schumer helped craft. Isn't it just a tad bit early to claim that Trump's economic policies are failing???

How about we wait until the new GOP-controlled Congress passes a new budget deal that Trump signs and then give it at least few months to take effect?

You’re suddenly retreating from your economic theory that we can increase the GDP by showering USAID with more money for your tranny comic books.

U.S. Consumers cut back on Spending in January for the first time in four years. The Trump Slump has begun.
You just keep killing each other. Destroying your areas of living. The proof is around us and yet denied.

The Biden affect is like a disease that needs stronger antibiotics.

Yup. They'll have to sell that $2 billion of food to someone else.
Maybe the government can spend that $2 billion on food, or something else,
that goes to people here in the US?
That would be better, right?
US spending to benefit citizens, instead of to benefit foreigners.

Prices are coming down in my community.
Where the fuck do you live?

They sure as shot won’t going down here

In fact the only thing going down is the stock market and Trump’s approve
