Most blacks killed by police arent murders. THe actual number is under 25 wrongful deaths by police.

Prosecutors decline to press charges, or even act like defense attorneys (as they did in the cases of Michael Brown and Tamir Rice). on the off chance they are convicted, they get minimal sentences like Jason van Dyke (only 7 years of which he served 3) or Kimberly Potter (only got two years, of which she served 16 months)

Babbit was never an imminent threat which means she was murdered. Deadly force was not justified but a black cop killed a white women so it was never prosecuted. Babbits family sued and would have won but Trump paid them for the damages.
