The majority of Americans who voted for President Trump did so because of the MAGA vision of a strong, secure, free America that offers maximum liberty, options, choices, opportunity and prosperity for all.

That is what is normal America to those people.

So far the cabinet President Trump is putting together are all committed to that vision, but wow, they sure are causing a lot of heads to explode. Nevertheless Trump is moving forward to make the MAGA vision a reality and is putting together the most unusual, interesting, unexpected and unlikely team in American history to accomplish it.

I am a bit curious if the most hard core left aren't at least a little bit curious and interested in how this will all work out. I sure am.

What does a normal America look like to you? Is the Biden Administration agenda and results what you think should be normal? Or are you willing to give the MAGA team the majority of voters voted for a chance?

What part of there is a difference between cutting taxes which are 91% of net income, and cutting taxes when they are 35% of net income and the national debt is skyrocketing.

In fact, I warned you when Trump cut taxes that it would lead to another economic crash. I said then that after Reagan and W, the third time would not be the charm.

You believe the fiction that Republicans are "better for the economy" than Democrats. You believe ALL of the lies Republicans tell you. And here you are getting ready to cheer the next Republican tax cut.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Republicans are, by definition, insane.

The whole concept of DOGE is to reduce the amount the USA will be obligated to pay. Admittedly the margin of majority is extremely narrow in both the House and Senate, and Republicans tend to be far more philosophically independent than Democrats, but if the party leaders can keep them all on the same page we should see federal government spending significantly reduced over the next four years.

The tax cuts under JFK, Reagan, Clinton, GWB, and Trump not only provided significant tax relief but treasury revenues increased. Clinton was blessed with Newt Gingrich leading reformer Republicans plus Tim Penny leading some 30+ reformer Democrats--and Clinton reluctantly went along with tax and spend policies that gave us the closest thing to a balanced budget any of us have ever know.

Under the other three, it was irresponsible congresses who spent the increased revenues instead of paying down the debt and they generally spend more than the money they have. That is what needs to be changed even more than the tax code.

Trump, DOGE and reformer Republicans hope to make that change.
