People uphold the law. Either a person's past is relevant or it isn't.

Seems as though *biden has a cabinet full of those who just love to prosecute "minor" drug related repeat offenders. You know, the ones who are fighting to legalize the very drugs they are prosecuting people for.

Being busted multiple times for selling heroin isn't a "minor" offense in my book.

Get these black man on felony charges where you can, and then you can eventually lock them up for life if they so much as sneeze.

As a member of the U.S. Senate, Joe Biden made is so that blacks who used cocaine got longer prison sentences than whites who used cocaine.

On the other hand, President Trump gave early release to thousands of people who were victims of Biden’s racist crime bill.

That is because the measure retroactively applied a different sentencing law meant to resolve the disparity between penalties for those convicted of possessing crack cocaine and those convicted of possessing powder cocaine.
