That's not a new war. War is not something that is done within an hour. Obama's strikes lasted longer. Wars are prolonged military engagements, not surgical strikes to remove brutal regimes.

There has been more peace under Trump, with 8 wars ending or having peace agreements signed, than any other president in history.
