Trump is not "mentally ill" in the clinical sense. He has "personality disorders". As Copilot explains it:

"Those traits do not automatically mean the person is “mentally ill” in the everyday sense of being out of touch with reality or unable to function."

All True. So what, he's a good president, for two terms. Those are "personality traits".
