yes. But those who care make sure to move close enough. That's why prices in Jewish communities are driven up -- the demand is constant but the radius around a synagogue which marks a maximum distance doesn't change so the supply is very limited.
did you actually look at that list? That list is about preparing your home for the sabbath by cleaning it. Sorry that this seems an undue burden. I find that washing the dishes makes the whole kitchen feel cleaner. Nothing in that list is a required ritual, nor a pre-requisite for a ritual (except for the fact that you need to have bread prepared for dinner).
Except none of that is a prescribed (trust me, you don't mean "proscribed"). That is a list put out by a group to help you keep track of errands and tasks. None is required.

Some moms employ nannies, some au pairs, some have baby nurses, some have cleaning help. What's your point? That life can be more demanding or overwhelming for some people than others?
