Not so.....it would void her plea agreement. All she has to do is testify as to what she has already offered in her plea deal.

How on earth would that help one's case. What one believes doesn't matter ,you either committed the crime or you didn't. Perhaps he'll have to go to a prison for the criminally insane instead of a regular prison. That would be more appropriate too.
