Delldude is seeing the future of the trial clearly and is having some problems with that.

But the opinions of a criminal will be overshadowed by testimony from trump's aides who aren't convicted criminals. She already testified Trump believed He won.
She agreed to testify against her co-defendants in future cases. trump was named as a co-defendant remember. His number hasn't come up yet. Isn't he due to get his little penis wacked off / I mean isn't his trial in March ?
trump's trial isn't till August 2024. She will be one of the witnesses they will call upon to testify. If she commits perjury the whole plea deal is off. Then she will most likely be accompanying trump to prison. She already testified Trump believed He won.
They all do.Trump will be convicted whether Sydney testifies.
She belongs in jail.
trump believes a lot of things that aren't true. She already testified Trump believed He won.
She's already made statements, under oath, to qualify for her plea bargain. One of those statements was Trump believed He had won.She hasn't snitched yet. That comes in the trial, genius.
Yeah....right.....It seems he does not understand the totally obvious.
Not so.....it would void her plea agreement. All she has to do is testify as to what she has already offered in her plea deal. But the opinions of a criminal will be overshadowed by testimony from trump's aides who aren't convicted criminals.
I like your source.....If as reported, Powell is still "advising" P01135809 she could very well lose her plea agreement. She would have knowledge of what action(s) the prosecution is taking or will take.
Your problem is she has to back up what she claimed to get the plea deal....one claim she said was Trump believed He won.....under oath, BTW.trump's trial isn't till August 2024. She will be one of the witnesses they will call upon to testify. If she commits perjury the whole plea deal is off. Then she will most likely be accompanying trump to prison.
Yet she testified, under oath, He believed He had one.......as per her plea deal.trump believes a lot of things that aren't true.
If you noticed she didn't get pinched for felony election interference.

How on earth would that help one's case. What one believes doesn't matter ,you either committed the crime or you didn't. Perhaps he'll have to go to a prison for the criminally insane instead of a regular prison. That would be more appropriate too. She's already made statements, under oath, to qualify for her plea bargain. One of those statements was Trump believed He had won.
Yeah....right.....
At one point in Powell’s interview, she said Trump really believed he had won — a statement that could help his defense.

Goes to proving His state of mind when prosecution is trying prove He knew He lost.that is no defense on donny's part.
Most of the things I've come across are He was told He lost by Meadows and others.....I think Cass Hutchinson claimed He said He knew it...but she knew about Him trying to hijack His SS vehicle.there are several people that will testify to the opposite.
When prosecutors are trying to prove He new He lost.....it goes quite far. What one believes doesn't matter ,you either committed the crime or you didn't.
And you don't know the others. She's already made statements, under oath, to qualify for her plea bargain. One of those statements was Trump believed He had won.
