**** Grace, are you falling apart?

Feels like it. ******* HURTS. I don't drink, but I'm starting to drink wine on top of pain pills for extra kick. Anything to make it ******* go away.

Its just a really bad flareup. Worse than I ever had.

Sorry to hear. I have some pains here and there but nothing excruciating, I am knocking on ******* wood as we speak.

Yep, hot fudge sauce w/ cookies & cream ice cream on it. i have chocolate fudge brownie ice cream too. might try that with it next time.

i am ready for a total meltdown.....i found out late yesterday that i have to have a primary care doctor refer me to the dermo that i have seen for over 10 years.....or insurance wont pay....i have a 3 pm appt today...insurance is giving me the run around...no way it will be fixed by today...i am behind in all things....
