If they put the Ballot in and it is not counted, then investigate.
Or if the Ballot is changed then investigate.

Yes ... this is the minimum standard for verifying voter signatures ... what's the "threshold" for a positive ballot? ... can't check blockchain on-site without risking compromise ... it's the election workers who are committing the fraud, what's the point of giving them the codes? ...

Anybody's guess what The Donald meant in his tweet ... a "bigger" threshold would lead to a more accurate election result ... more signatures tossed out, fewer ballots cast ... or in this case, more unopened mail-in ballots sitting on the "rejected" pile ...

OK fine....How do you manage to keep it a secret?...If it's not a secret, the governors and/or cheating election officials can just order up all the legit ballots they wanted ahead of time....If you remember, the watermark narrative presumes the election was a sting operation

DHS developed the software, and they would simply not tell the thugs that there was anything THAT specific that would also apply to domestic fraud as well as securing the ballots against foreign interference.

There is all kinds of secure encryption done when DHS tracks documents in general, and in this case that is precisely what they were supposed to do, Secure the ballot against foreign manipulation, but SURPRISE it also works against domestic fraud as well, lol.

Also, some seem to say that the watermark is visible, others that you have to use special scanners or black light.
