This isn't difficult. We have the 1st amendment protected right to lawfully assembly and petition/confront our government for a redress of grievenences.

The police are granted powers to arrest people who are in violation of specific criminal codes. Assault, arson, car jackings, destruction of property are examples of such violations. The police are able to make arrests of people they witness committing such offenses but they are required to do so in accordance with the laws that in turn grants them their police.

As the ACLU mentions, grabbing people off the street is generally considered kidnappying. Why do you have a problem with them acting in accordance with established law?

This isn't difficult. We have the 1st amendment protected right to lawfully assembly and petition/confront our government for a redress of grievenences.

The police are granted powers to arrest people who are in violation of specific criminal codes. Assault, arson, car jackings, destruction of property are examples of such violations. The police are able to make arrests of people they witness committing such offenses but they are required to do so in accordance with the laws that in turn grants them their police.

As the ACLU mentions, grabbing people off the street is generally considered kidnappying. Why do you have a problem with them acting in accordance with established law?
