Are you kidding? rigged election, politicizing COVID, denying climate change, white nationalism, making the zombies hate every person who worked for him that eNo political following's thinking is more controlled than Trump supporters. Trump has turned his followers into drooling zombies."Poor midwestern [sic] whites and poor urban minorities have much in common"
Yeah. Mostly the fact that white liberals believe they need white liberals to dictate their needs and opinions.
In what manner, for example?
I respectfully disagree. It is quite the opposite. If our lives don't turn out how we wished, we don't blame anybody. It might not be our fault, but being fairly close to the natural world, we realize that it is just the way life is. Nobody is given a guarantee, simply being born is not a golden ticket for anyone. If my life doesn't work out the way I wished, my first thought is not how to extract things from other people to make it better. The midwestern whites have been conned by Donald Trump, their chief excuse maker. Trumpism is about not taking accountability for your plight in life. Blame others; immigrants, Muslims, minorities, government. Trump fired up the hate.Poor midwestern whites and urban blacks are under educated you say?....Who the hell has been in charge of the education system for the last 50 years?
Poor midwestern whites generally don't blame negro hooligans and the police for their lot in life.
Poor midwestern whites want to be left alone by an ever more intrusive gubmint, while urban blacks are stupid enough to believe that their gubmint plantationers are going to be the source of all that is worthy and good.
Dumbshits like oddball are his chief minions. Dumb as a rock and blame problems on others. Grow a couple and take responsibility for your life.
You begin by saying the two groups are similar, then you admit each has a different way of looking at things, and then you start going into how rural areas are brainwashed and incorrectly state that rural people blame others for their poverty. Maybe you need to evaluate your view of the problem. I don't think 'solving' poverty is remaking society so that single mothers with three kids working at a minimum wage job is the new normal. It isn't cruel or unjust to promote effort and good choices. Making other people pay for your student loans is not an answer or a good idea. You can tinker with the safety net, look for ways to help widows and cancer patients, but to try to create a society where everyone who is born ends up in the exact same situation is monstrous. I was joking with my math example, but some people will just have skills that are more marketable than others. Who is blaming others for their inability? It is an adult's job to teach their children to make good choices, and to work hard, and to treat others well. To try to recreate society so that none of those things matter is monstrous.Poor midwestern whites and poor urban minorities have much in common.
The irony is both groups look at the other group as a big part of their problems.
The poor urban minorities, most commonly, affiliate with progressive Democrats. The poor midwestern whites, most commonly, affiliate with Trumpism. Two polar opposite political groups with very different answers to the problems of the poor.
The biggest problems facing, both poor midwestern whites and poor urban minorities is they are under-educated and under employed. Both cultures are affected heavily by drug abuse. With both groups having so much in common why do they tend to hate each other.
If both poor midwestern whites and poor urban minorities came together they would be a much more formidable political entity. They would have more power and clout to demand solutions to their mutual problems.
Those on top, in our economy, on both the left and the right, benefit by poor midwestern whites and poor urban minorities blaming the other for their problems. They fight and make no gains and the rest of America moves forward.
People in general have more in common than not, however, the Midwestern Value System recognizes that the government won't cure their poverty. There are worse things than being poor.
They may come together or may not. Somewhere down the line a despot may be able to get all the poorer groups together to take out many people. Bringing in a new strong hardline government that may replace the newer Progressive Socialist hardline one that replaced the old Constitutional based one.Poor midwestern whites and poor urban minorities have much in common.

Check who the 400 plus arrested for insurrection and terrorism, in 2021, support, dumbass. Our "domestic terrorists" are college educated white liberals and 90% of Africans with a major chip on their shoulder.
You are a Trump minion. Brainless follower. Trump cultist. One of those that Trump bragged about; "I could shoot someone on 5th avenue and they would still support me." You are fool being conned. Are you kidding? Nope
rigged election I can speak for myself, the Demonicrats stole this election under the disguise of COVID.
politicizing COVID At least we agree the Demonicrats politicized COVID. They did worse than that, they exploit everything.
denying climate change One only needs open their eyes to see climate change. It's Demonicrats who exploit it for cash. Let me know when we can change the Earth and sun. What happened to global warming anyway? BTW, your progressives are the worst pollutants of all. On one hand they're social justice warriors and love the Earth in talking, on the other they use more resources of all Americans and leave their trash behind like the disrespectful frauds they are.
white nationalism What about it exactly?
making the zombies hate every person who worked for him that e
were not in lock step with Trump Looks like words, neat.

Historically, you may be right, midwestern Value System recognizes that the government won't cure their poverty. But Trumpism changed that, at least for those who bought Trump's con. But Trump said let me take over government and I will use government to get you out of poverty. Trump promised to bring back jobs the 20th century as the rest of the world move on. He put way too much blame on others, minorities, immigrants, Muslims,. As he put constraints on the groups, not much changed.People in general have more in common than not, however, the Midwestern Value System recognizes that the government won't cure their poverty. There are worse things than being poor.
Nicely put!
Thank you for the response. I look at Trump differently. He didn't promise to use the government to fix people's problems. He tried to get the government to not add to the problems. For the most part, he was successful. Unemployment went down for everybody. As for blaming others, I don't see where you are getting this. Fixing immigration would be good for every ethnicity. It would be common sense. The blame for poverty is not on the people of any ethnicity, it is squarely on the government that is dividing us by appearance. While MSNBC said Trump was Hitler, fixing immigration is not anti-Latino, and tackling terrorism is not anti-Muslim. Selling out all our jobs to other countries is not anti-whichever country is taking our jobs, it is pointing out a problem caused by government. Trying to keep good jobs with tactics such as a competitive corporate tax is again good for every ethnicity. I don't think skin color has anything to do with good policy or giving 'every' American the best chance at succeeding. Neither Trump, nor people from the Midwest are responsible for the government getting in the way of people's ability to succeed. I can't agree that people from the Midwest are mistaken in believing the government can't do anything but hurt people by socially engineering the country. We agree that hard work, good choices, and kindness to others are huge factors to well-being, we don't need to completely reconstruct how society works. We just need to govern SMARTER. We get rid of waste and corruption, and I would bet that 'every' American would be much better off. Why make fixing terrorism and immigration racist acts? Why does America need to make one sided horrible treaties and trade deals and just accept it? Governing honestly and using our heads would take us much further than the 'it takes a village' crapola.Historically, you may be right, midwestern Value System recognizes that the government won't cure their poverty. The midwestern Trumpers looked to the government to save them rather than work to get the skills needed in the 21st century. Trump's government failed them.
