Do you support narco-terrorists bringing drugs to our and our allies shores?

Do you believe drug trafficking is a crime worthy of death?

There is the answer.
Oh but you don't understand....
The drugs are not coming to the United States they're going to Europe and that suddenly makes the speed boats and the speed boat operators holy people. You don't understand fentanyl is not produced in South America it's only heroin and cocaine so shame on anyone for thinking that there's fentanyl in those boats! With this new knowledge not only should we not kill the narco terrorists we should put them on the payroll, make sure their bolts are always in good repair.... And send SNAP benefits to them and their families in South America!

The President is the only one who can create a terrorist.
A president doesn’t create a terrorist. And the fact that you frame it that way actually proves the problem.

If the power to label someone a “terrorist” rests entirely on the say-so of a single political leader, then the word stops having any objective meaning. It becomes a tool of convenience, not a factual designation grounded in evidence, process, or law.

Once you accept that, you’ve essentially endorsed the idea that any person, group, or foreign actor can be branded a “terrorist” purely by executive declaration. No standards. No oversight. No burden of proof.

That’s not counterterrorism.
That’s authority without constraint.

And that’s the real danger in the argument you’re making.

You forgot they banned democracy and freedom
I don’t care for maduro

I’m against high interest loans, abortion, and pornography. That sounds Christian not communist..So good for them good for their country…

Singapore doesn't have a drug problem. I wonder why?

Much is being made of US policy to kill narco terrorists in international waters. Do you agree with this policy?
Suspected "narco terrorists" should be apprehended and charged based upon evidence, because the United States is a nation of laws, and to abandon the process is a betrayal of American values.

Outlaws kill without due process. Emulating outlaws is a repudiation of our justice system, a betrayal of our nation.

How about arresting the domestic narco terrorists who pay for or own the ships/semis that come here with the drugs? You know, American organized crime.

This "narco-terrorist" label is just an excuse to wage war on Venezuela in order to control the oil there.

Wait.............huh?!

Libs are squealing like spent pigs when an R wants to do it. Hypocrites. Thats why their words are hollow and meaningless.

War is not the same....

You keep forgetting the administration declared war. Now I realize that all the cartel hacks down in DC who want to defend the money flow are going to ***** about it and they will try to use the law to defend The narco terrorists.....

And so It begins.

Calling it a "war" does not abrogate morality, nor responsibility.

And so the squirming begins.

Calling it a war changes everything. Lethality is the obligation of the soldier not just a suggestion.
Just because it's not on a conventional battlefield does not mean it's not war.... It most certainly is.

How does that equate them to “terrorists”?
More than 100,000 Americans die of drug overdose every year. The vast majority of the drugs killing them are illegal drugs bought on the street/black market.

Those exporting and importing illegal drugs are killing Americans in large numbers. It is the most common form of violence. By FBI definitions, that is terrorism. because of the consequences even though it doesn't fit our usual concept of terrorist acts as being to create fear and chaos.

". . .Some definitions treat all acts of terrorism, regardless of their political motivations, as simple criminal activity. For example, the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) defines both international and domestic terrorism as involving “violent, criminal acts. . ."

We can rationalize pretty much anything as "terrorism". That was the point of the PATRIOT ACT, and why it is so egregious.

That does not change the accuracy of my post in any way. You either think bad actors should be allowed impunity to import dangerous illegal drugs to kill tens of thousands of Americans every year or you don't.

It is more simple and easier to designate those doing that as 'terrorists' so they can be dealt with appropriately.

You either think government should be constrained by due process and the Construction, or you don't.

Very simple, very easy. Better hope you don't get "designated".
