Just because SCOTUS made a ruling on one states law does not immediately change all other similar laws. It still has to work its way through the system of state laws and case law.
You seem to think that once the liberals in the media declare an issue decided everyone else is obligated to click their heels and thrust out their arms saying "Heil Soros!" or something equally absurd.
