Although it's possibly true that Biden is a super nefarious and despicable human being, but it's not appropriate to use children in memes like this. The suggestion of the meme is highly inappropriate, although Biden has yet to be held to account for his past concerning the things that people are being shown to wonder about.

Meme creator's should beware that using children to make point's is probably not acceptable within most standards concerning such things.
