Political Cartoon

A cartoon is suppose to make you laugh. Here try this.

Hi, Bob.

Funny ones tend to be the best, but political cartoons can also simply be witty. If they make me think, or make an outstanding point, I find them enjoyable. Yours are good; thanks.

A wise man once said, "There are plenty of people who are smart but are not funny. But there is no one who is genuinely funny and not smart."

Wouldn't it be great if we just allowed everyone to decide for themselves what protective measures they wanted for themselves and their families, including wearing an arguably-ineffective medical device on one's face, or staying home for as long as they wish?

The Great Barrington Declaration (gbdeclaration.org) , named after the town in Massachusetts it was signed in, was written on October 4 and has signatures from at least 30,552 medical and public health scientists, 10,954 medical practitioners and over 558,218 members of the general public.
It was co-authored by Dr. Martin Kulldorff, a professor of medicine at Harvard; Dr. Sunetra Gupta, a professor at Oxford University; and Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, a professor at Stanford University Medical School.
"As infectious disease epidemiologists and public health scientists we have grave concerns about the damaging physical and mental health impacts of the prevailing COVID-19 policies, and recommend an approach we call Focused Protection," the petition says in its opening line. "Current lockdown policies are producing devastating effects on short and long-term public health."

The petition adds, "Keeping these measures in place until a vaccine is available will cause irreparable damage, with the underprivileged disproportionately harmed."

"Those who are not vulnerable should immediately be allowed to resume life as normal," the petition says.

The only problem is, Trump didn’t say, “Good;” he said, "Go Ahead." In fact, he wasn’t speaking to Biden at all. The president was speaking to debate moderator Kristen Welker, who had just said, “Let’s move on to the next section” of the debate.

Welker: “Let’s move on to the next section.”
Biden: “You have 525 kids not knowing where in God’s name they’re gonna be and lost their parents.”
Trump (motioning to Welker): “Go ahead.”

#FakeNews . Don't you fact check anything? :)

Thanks; I signed long ago.
