It appears that way. Sane people can watch the video and see that the police were wrong. Others who have probems are going to try bringing up scenarios where the police had the right to shoot.

I consider myself to be quite "sane", IM2. I watched the video. I saw Police trying to deal with a potentially life threatening situation involving a man who was obviously impaired and holding a gun. I'm not quite sure what you think they should have done that they didn't? I'd be curious to hear what you think SHOULD have happened?

You saw what you wanted to see. There was no threat to the police. They had been there for 30 minutes and the man was knocked out. Holding a gun is not pointing a gun at police. The video doesn't show him holding a gun. The man was out and they didn't call the ambulance?

They did call an ambulance. If you watch the video, you see the Ambulance is there, waiting for instructions.
