The EPA says climate varies naturally over wide range of time scales and human actions are highly likely to contribute to observed temperature increases since the 1950's. That not 100% settled science.

However today we are cleaner in our emissions and manufacturing than ever before.

We have to use logic. One billion people on the planet a century ago. Three billion people around 1970 and eight billion people today. Those nasty things happened before this time. There are more people to be affected, and we have technology that broadcasts it quickly. In other eras if a catastrophe happened no on even new about it except the people affected. Many more people live in areas that there is a chance of something caused by weather will affect negatively.

Climate change is real. To deny that is absurd. Climate has been changing for 4.5 billion years.

The problem is, humans have only been here 20,000 or so.

It's that small 4.499,999,000 billion years of climate change that happened before humans ever walked the Earth that democrats have a hard time explaining.

They don't even try. Yes, the climate is changing. It always has. It always will. I was recently reading that scientists have determined the climate changes on Mars. So it's pretty safe to believe there will be climate change on our planet so long as there is a Planet Earth.

And I am also willing that adding seven billion people to Planet Earth since the industrial revolution began a couple of centuries ago has almost certainly changed the environment in some way where most of those people live. I can't say that it is impossible they haven't affected the global climate in some way, but, if they have, they are here to stay and we're stuck with that reality.

I still say there is no scientific evidence that ALL the efforts made to affect/change/control the climate have had any measurable effect on what the world naturally does. We should stop pouring endless resources down that rathole and rather focus on helping humankind productively adapt to the inevitable climate change that is occurring.

Defunding the so-called 'Green New Deal' would be the only sensible thing to do scientifically speaking and would save us trillions of dollars over the next several decades.

Fact is, there is nothing man can do to harm the planet.
