You really believe that stupid crap don't you? The fake $20 was why the STORE called the cops. Floyd was restrained on the ground because he wouldn't stay in the cop car. All the fighting and kicking Floyd was doing, was why so many was restraining him.

Again, the problem here was that they took a minor offense and ESCALATED it to a lethal force situation... No one is disputing passing a fake 20 was wrong. Make him return the smokes, write him a bench citation, and impound his car. Call it a day.

I realize why you keep trying to change the subject to Rush or rich people. But it's not going to work. This is about Floyd choosing drugs and being a gangsta, over being a decent dad. Decent dad's spend their money on their kids instead of drugs.

Rush had a decent dad. The guy was a federal judge, in fact. Rush still became a drug addict and took trips down to the Dominican Republican to enjoy the company of rent boys.

Floyds past was filled with drug charges, armed robbery, drug usage and at least one OD. The 11 ng/ml of fentanyl is enough to kill at least 3 people. The excited delirium, mixed with the drugs, the struggling he did (twice) over exerted his heart.


BTW, when it comes to protesting the police abuse, I'm with you 100%. At least up to the point of defending druggy criminals. Now if you wanna protest the cops when they abuse non violent, drug free, working class citizens, I'm right there beside you, man. I'm a "good" blue backer. I don't back the bad blue. And I understand there's far too many bad cops out there. And Chauvin may be a bad cop. From what I understand, he's had a few complaints about his actions. I haven't dug into them yet.

But let's get right down to the nitty gritty about police brutality and protesting that. Why is it, that it seems to be that groups like BLM are always fighting for violent druggy thieves, instead of your average hard working Joe, who's actually innocent? If police brutality is such a popular thing with cops, seems they could find plenty of those sort of people who are actually being abused.
Put them into the spot light and actually have a leg to stand on, when protesting bad cops.

Floyd may not be the best example citizen, but it is unavoidable because we have so much video of deliberate murder.
If not intentional murder, then training has to be so entirely reversed that then the whole police concept comes into question.

And by the way, since drugs harm no one else, there really is no basis for them even being illegal.
Drugs should not be an issue. Wealthy people kill themselves with risky stunts all the time, like Sonny Bono killing himself skiing. Drugs are just the poor man's ski trip.

The point is that if make laws to prevent poor people from killing themselves with drugs, then you would have to also make laws preventing wealthy people from doing risky things like ski trips, skydiving, deep sea diving, mountain climbing, etc. You can't pass laws to prevent people from harming themselves with their own stupidity.

Then drugs wouldn't be a big deal.
But druggies aren't that smart. And you know it. Just look at Floyd. I'm pretty sure he was unemployed. So he didn't have any money. Which means he wasn't paying child support. The store was affected because they had a stack of fake bills already. Some from the SAME guy that Floyd was with.

All of those are separate crimes. I get that. But they were all done by a guy on drugs. The common denominator in a lot of crimes in this country, is drugs.
Mexico is transporting heroine and fentanyl into the country by the tons, every day. Not only is that shit creating homeless druggies, but it also killing a bunch of folks.
Now me personally, I wouldn't lose a wink of sleep if all the methheads would take an overdose of fentanyl tonight and never wake up tomorrow. But that's not going to happen. But for ever 1 person that OD's on that shit. 2 more get addicted. And they will adversely affect the lives of everyone around them.

EMT's concluded that the crowd was at a state that they needed to load & go. Not to mention it took them a full two minutes to even get him in the ambulance.

Because most drug users aren't just casual drug users. They're violent thugs who will kill a person for their drugs. They'll break into your home or business and steal from you to get their drugs. They pimp out some methhead to get their drug money.
There's a HUGE criminal element that's built into drugs.

2019, over 70,000. about 40,000 of those were fentanyl. I have no problem with druggies OD'ing on this, heroin, Meth and all the other crap that out there. Good riddance to them. They're not even human by the time they're using this stuff.

And if they weren't stealing from innocent people, beating innocent people, raping innocent people, and all the other crimes they commit against innocent people, I wouldn't even care. And I doubt the government would care. But the fact of the matter is, they do all those things, to tens of thousands of innocent people ever year. They adversely affect the lives of hundreds of thousands maybe millions) of innocent people ever year. Including their spouses, their children, their employers, their neighbors, friends, police, local justice system, businesses and complete strangers.

Here's something for you to ignore, because it proves you and the other pro legalize crowd wrong. It gives factual reasons (not excuses) as to why the war on drugs needs to be actually fought, and not tinkered with, as they've been doing for the last 50 years. It gives you face to face proof of the adverse effects it has on innocent people. It shows you what it's like from the innocent persons perspective.
Lefties and the libertarians don't give a shit about the innocent victims of these druggy thugs. You want to feel sorry for those who CHOSE to ruin their own lives. You want millions of our tax dollars spent on people who refuse to change for the better.
Drug rehabilitation centers have less than a 5% success rate when druggies are forced into drug rehab. And only a 30% success rate for those going in on their own.
