Poland invented Electronic music?

It sure seems that way, before German groups like Kraftwerk, or Tangerine Dream there were a bunch of Polish groups that were similar.

Here's one, example, 5 years before Kraftwerk was founded, and 2 years before Tangerine Dream was founded.
