Once it was revealed the Mueller was close personal friends with Comey, and that James "The Leaker" Comey leaked "Confidential & Privileged Information" for the sole purpose of getting his friend appointed as an Independent Counsel,.

Rosenstein was the one who appointed Mueller. Comey wanted an independent prosecutor chosen, but he had no control over who would be chosen. So that theory is way out of left field.

I'm not being partisan when I say this, but what was revealed about Comey, Mueller, and the 3 Clinton donors Mueller placed on his staff, seriously calls in to question the impartiality of this.

And after Comey's testimony, it should be a slam dunk, that there was No Russian Collusion, and No Obstruction, and they need to investigate other things, such as Comey's actions, Rice, Lynch etc.
