Again, you can’t intelligently apply this percentage until you know more about the individual genomes of each in this collective. The answers to these questions hinge upon the Delta (debutante, cutting-edge) variant, because the longer the unvaccinated remain so, the less safe are the vaccinees: the virus will concentrate its mutating power on the unvaccinated. Wrong. A 64% efficacy is considered very effective and will save many lives and hospitalizations. Being asymptomatic does not mean you can't spread the virus to others. None of the vaccines are as effective against the D strain which is the dominate strain in Israel.

A low rate of vaccinations will result in higher rates of transmission and with high transmission rates the likelihood of new dangerous strains increases. It is quite possible that if we allow the virus to continue to spread eventually we will have a strain that is immune to antivirals and vaccines. Then we won't have be concerned about global warming, terrorism, or much of anything else.
