I doubt the Right can go any further to the Right without falling off the fringe.

Ask yourself and be honest: Who and what does the Right Support, and who and what does the Left support? The fact is the Left, aka, moderates, progressives and liberals are not commies or socialists or revolutionaries; those are members of the far Left fringe, which meets on the idiot fringe were the most extreme far right and the far left converge.

The aforementioned moderate Democrats and liberal/progressive members of the D Party are supporters of liberty for all, equal rights for all and the democratic process which includes all.

The First Estate supports Religious Dogma over Science, and the Second Estate supports profit over regulations, these are the Conservative Principles (on steroids) of the NEW RIGHT. On the Left, the democratic principles of Liberté, égalité, fraternité [Liberty, Equality and Fraternity).

Donald Trump implies he's all for these democratic principles, at least when he talks out of the left side of his mouth; once he leaves the notes written for him on the teleprompter, he quickly flips and flops to the right side to toss red meat to his supporters.

You and you ick always paint with a broad brush. While I applaud the privacy protections of GLBA (which it was primarily supposed to be), I think overturning Glass-Steagal was a mistake. Some conflicts of interests are too big of a danger.

Similarly I believe the same issues arise with too much of the media under one conglomerate. The media is too powerful to be controlled by too few people.
