Speaking of Rush Limbaugh, how many USMBers actually listen to his show?

Why? Why not?

On occasion. The man makes a lot of common sense. I used to listen a lot but now I seem to be too busy.

How many listen/watch Rachel madcow?
Chris Mathews?

When I hear a Rush commercial begin, I change stations.

Can't stand the sound of his voice

Why would any rational hominid listen to any of them more than once?

every night i try to catch his opening at least, usually more. same for savage. podcasts are free and without commercials.

i used to travel more so i listened more then. i've always loved radio.

You know what he is going to say before he says it so why bother?

i find just the opposite, rush has been and continues to usually be consistently days ahead of the mainstream media. same for savage.
I have only listened to him a few times. It seems that no matter what the caller says, he comes back with a string of right wingnut talking points.

I was listening to Phil Valentine the other day. His dog died.
His dog's name was Jack.
The guy to whom he was speaking asked Phil what breed of dog Jack was.
Phil replied, "He's a Jack Russell Terrorist".

Two to three times a week. His analysis is pretty good, excepting when he goes off on uber exceptionalism and his hatred of all things Clinton.

Have him on every day in my office but how much I really listen depends on what I'm involved in. If really focused on something the radio may as well be off.

well, the left has talking points. we're a talking points democracy now.

the left thinks the right isn't entitled to free speech.

That is a typical Rushob mirror quote: in fact, the far right would shut everybody with whom they disagree if they have the power. They don't, they won't.
