That’s how you see it.
I don’t know what disaster of Biden’s making in particular you think Trump reversed, nor how. I think Trump is helping to create his own problems, though, which if a Democrat wins the next presidential election the left will say that person is having to reverse. That seems to be the norm in modern political discourse.
I think the balance of power in the world has largely favored the US for many years. I don’t think that has improved under Trump.
