Try this in the Muslim countries where the fundamentalists throw gays off of tall buildings.Like Thailand has the Kathoey who are considered a third gender,i know some Polynesian cultures as well consider trans people a third gender, like Tahiti,Samoa and such.

My mom came from one of those countries and my late dad is part Polynesian.
