Pretty much. Things I've seen tell me that exactly. Buy some raffle tickets and the winner will never be anyone the organizers don't want to win. Put a business card in a jar for a free meal at a restaurant and they will choose the one that will bring in the most business afterward.

I am same way about golf, I can't understand people who cheat in golf even in a casual game... I have no problem saying such a person is disrespectful to me, playing partners and the club we are in.. It isn't 'I paid my money therefore I can play', it is 'I paid money to participate..'
