Luiza... .am I an idiot to be thinking that Trump wants to release a lot of the underground technology that has been hidden in tunnels?

I am thinking that Trump wants to go down in history as having released the updated Stanley Meyer hydrogen fuel dune buggy so that harmless H2O can become the exhaust from lots of vehicles that are operating in nations with lots of desert?
