The speaker of the house has no right to hold up articles of impeachment and mitch has no obligation to wait for them.

It's not going to give her an ounce of leverage over the process. Pelosi is just frozen in place not knowing which way to turn...AND I'M LOVING IT!!!

Nothing to stop mitch from dismissing the case in 5 minutes...Nothing to stop him from issuing subpoenas for hillary and obama to testify UNDER OATH!

When is the trial? Or will the senate have to give her a deadline.
The senate has very important business to do and can't wait for Nancy.
If she takes too long the senate can tell her to shove her articles, and the USSC can weigh in.

Actually he is not impeached. All The Inquiry does is formalize accusations, and the House approves said accusations in the forms of Articles.

Resolutions need to be forwarded to The Senate to be voted on up or down.

A President is not actually Impeached unless he is found guilty. Clinton for instance was acquitted, and remained in Office.

The sole purpose of Impeachment is to decide to remove or not to remove someone from office.

The sole purpose of The Senate in that process is to act as a jury, to evaluate The House of Reps Case.

The House has The Sole Responsibility to initiate and conclude an inquiry, but that’s the limit of their powers.

Without Pelosi sending HR 1 to The Senate it’s like a Bill that’s been tabled, and therefore DOA. The Process is incomplete and so therefore there is No Impeachment.
