Let’s get down to a better question:

Do you now agree with me that he is presumed innocent?

And if you’re willing to at least concede that much, will you further agree with me that it is (at best) premature to reference him as “being” a sex crime offender?

And will you also concede that you don’t know whether the bail conditions (if any) imposed on him by the state judge required him to stay in the State or in the United States?

Will you further concede that it is possible that he will return on his court date (8/27)? If you concede that much, then I guess you would also concede that your prediction that he won’t is not a factual statement but instead a mere prediction? (The concessions may cause you discomfort since you insist on couching them as facts, which they still aren’t.)

Do you know who posted his bond or bail? Or will you acknowledge that it is unknown to you?

crime but a witness thereof----may be released UNDER BAIL . Sherlock needs to investigate
