Many of today’s modern television evangelists have been directly influenced by a man called Billy Sunday.
He lived in the first half of the 20th century.
Billy Graham claims to have learned his trade from him.
Billy Graham has had direct contact with several American presidents.
Today’s elections are heavily influenced by evangelical preachers. This cannot be denied.
Take a look at their impact on American culture. The other day I saw a billboard proclaiming, ‘The real Supreme Court is up here. - God’.
That billboard is not only blasphemous it is sedition in every color.
Which brings me to another point.
Billy Sunday, the famous American preacher, had a personal assistant by the name of Mr. Peacock.
The people at the Billy Sunday archives in Winona Lake don’t like to talk about Mr. Peacock.
He worked closely with Billy Sunday in finance.
Today’s evangelists support war in Iraq.
Why is that? Why do mean of peace speak of war? Is it because the Old Testament says there is a Time for Peace and a Time for War or is it more?
The Kurds in northern Iraq have a religion that is different from the Muslims in the south of Iraq. It is different from our Christian religion as well.
They worship something they call the Peacock Angel. To us in the United States the Peacock Angel is known as the Devil.
This coincidence between Mr. Peacock appearing at the head of evangelical movement at its beginning and the Peacock Angel in the Middle East of today is not to be taken lightly.
If we are to believe that the Devil is alive and well among us it would be a good idea to find out where he is.
Jesus told us to beware of false prophets and indeed, after reading Billy Sunday’s money-making sermons and those he has inspired these last 80 years, we can see Billy Sunday as a false prophet.
From his ragged and poisoned reasoning which was influenced, no doubt, but the mysterious Mr. Peacock we have had generations of evangelical preachers leading us ever closer to war and death.
They are building Hell on earth.
His influence moves like a snake among us.
Deception, lies, hatred, war, ignorance, faith in destruction - all point to an influence of the devil in our society which has never been paralleled. The Devil has apparently worked long and hard to gain this influence and have his words of hatred, anger, lust and betrayal flood our daily lives.
Look at the history of the modern evangelists and see a dark list of sin and degradation. From Jimmy Swaggart’s prostitutes to Jim Bakker’s love of money over life.
What is the sin of Billy Graham? We can only imagine - but as he puts his own son forward as his replacement we see a man who may wish to live forever and attempting to create a dynasty to rival that of the God he claims to worship.
We must rip up this culture of hatred, lies and darkness and replace it with a culture of love, truth and light.
The words of Jesus have been twisted.
Andy Smith and Charlie Robb of The Smith Agency in Fort Lauderdale have been paid by an anonymous donor to put up their messages on billboards around the nation. According to the Memphis Flyer, Smith said, “We just happen to have God as a client right now.”
What promise do these worldly men bring in denying the everlasting Hope, Love and Glory of Almighty God?

So lemme get this straight:

There's a false religion that worships a peacock.
There was a person named Mr. Peacock.
Mr. Peacock influenced Billy Sunday.
Billy Sunday influenced Billy Graham.
Billy Graham influenced several Presidents, some of whom have gone to war.
Therefore, you say, these Presidents are guilty of believing a false religion about a peacock?!?

Infidel!!!

So wait.

Your saying some guys with an old religion feel some other land belongs to them
and they are justified in taking it through force because god said
and that christians should support them because hopefully they will become christians according to some mumbo jumbo in one of the more controversial christian books?

That just seems silly.

The beginning of the Evangelical movement was roughly 2000 years ago.
