Actually, upon re-watching it; it was all the news outlets. Fox, CNN, CBS, MSNBC. I guess I focused more on Fox due to their coverage of the the Ames debate and the opening bit. But clearly, all of the media outlets are not taking Paul seriously.

Sure. And it makes sense when you think about. Paul is the only candidate who really stands up for individual rights. Naturally the people who are always on the fringe - even the real nut jobs - are going to favor him. But that says nothing bad about the value of his ideas or his positions, it just points out that he actually does defend the rights of minorities.
